Web design that earns trust and wins the click
We design websites around how your customers actually decide — researched, wireframed and tested in Figma, then handed straight to our own build team. Fixed pricing, no templates, no guesswork.
How we approach it
Visitors judge your business in seconds, and they do it on design. Before anyone reads a word of copy, the layout, typography and imagery have already told them whether you look established or amateur, expensive or cheap, trustworthy or risky. Our web design work treats that first impression as a commercial asset. Every decision — where the call to action sits, how the pricing is framed, what appears above the fold — is made to move a visitor one step closer to enquiring.
We start with research, not Photoshop. That means understanding who lands on your site, what they’re trying to decide, and what’s stopping them today — through analytics reviews, competitor teardowns and, on larger projects, user interviews. From there we produce wireframes in Figma so we can argue about structure and journeys cheaply, before anyone falls in love with colours. You review and comment directly on the designs at every stage.
Good design has to survive contact with real content and real devices. We design responsively from the outset — mobile, tablet and desktop — and build a lightweight design system alongside the pages: reusable components, type scales and spacing rules that keep the site consistent as it grows. Accessibility is part of the brief, not an afterthought: readable contrast, sensible focus states and layouts that work with screen readers and keyboards.
Because our designers and engineers sit on the same team, nothing gets lost in handover. The Figma files we produce are built to be shipped — component-based, annotated and matched to what React and Next.js can actually deliver — so the finished site looks like the design, loads fast and launches on time. Pricing is fixed and agreed upfront, with websites starting from £1,500 and a free 30-minute scoping call to begin.
Web Design, done properly
Designed to convert
Layouts, journeys and calls to action structured around the decision your visitor is making — so the design earns enquiries, not just compliments.
Research before pixels
Analytics reviews, competitor teardowns and user insight shape the brief, so design choices are grounded in evidence rather than taste.
Wireframes first
We agree structure and page journeys in low-fidelity wireframes before visual design begins — the cheapest point to change your mind.
A design system, not just pages
Reusable Figma components, type scales and spacing rules that keep every future page consistent and cut the cost of growing the site.
Accessible and responsive
Readable contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation and layouts designed mobile-first — so the site works for every visitor on every device.
Built by the same team
Our designers work alongside our engineers, so every design is technically feasible, performance-friendly and shipped exactly as approved.

Web Design questions, answered
How much does web design cost?
Design-and-build website projects start from £1,500, and design-only engagements are quoted after a free 30-minute scoping call based on the number of unique page templates and the research involved. Every price is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts, so the invoice never grows mid-project.
What’s the difference between web design and web development?
Design decides what the site looks like and how visitors move through it — research, wireframes, visual design and a component library in Figma. Development turns that into working code. We offer both, and most clients take them together so nothing is lost between the Figma file and the finished site.
Will you redesign my existing website or do I need to start again?
Either works. If your current site has decent bones, we can rework the design around what analytics show is underperforming — often the faster, cheaper route. If the structure itself is the problem, we’ll say so plainly and quote a fresh build. The scoping call is where we make that call honestly.
Do I get to give feedback during the design process?
Constantly. You review wireframes before visual design begins, then comment directly on the Figma files at each design round — so feedback lands on the actual work, not a PDF export. Revision rounds are agreed as part of the fixed scope, and we present every design with the reasoning behind it.
Can you design in line with my existing brand?
Yes. If you have brand guidelines, we design within them and extend them for the web — defining type scales, button styles and interactive states your print guidelines probably never covered. If your brand is thin or dated, we can tighten it as part of the project so the site and brand launch consistent.
