eCommerce that turns browsers into buyers

We build and fix online stores on Shopify, WooCommerce and custom headless stacks — engineered by a senior team with ex-Amazon and Ticketmaster experience, with the platform choice made for your business, not our preference.

eCommerce

How we approach it

Most eCommerce projects fail before a line of code is written, because the platform was chosen for the wrong reasons. Shopify is superb for most retailers: hosted, secure, and fast to launch. WooCommerce makes sense when you’re already invested in WordPress and need content and commerce together. Headless or custom builds pay off when your catalogue, pricing rules or integrations outgrow what templates allow. We recommend per business — and we’ll tell you plainly if the cheaper option is the right one.

Wherever the store lives, the money is made or lost at checkout. We obsess over the details that move conversion: page speed on real phones, guest checkout, address autocomplete, transparent shipping costs shown early, and payment options your customers actually use. We integrate Stripe as standard alongside Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna where they fit, and we instrument every step of the funnel so you can see exactly where buyers drop off — and watch that number fall.

A store is more than a storefront. We connect the systems behind it: shipping and fulfilment through providers like Royal Mail Click & Drop and ShipStation, inventory syncing so you never oversell, accounting feeds into Xero, and email flows for abandoned carts and repeat purchase. Clean product data underpins all of it — structured titles, variants, imagery and metadata that make products findable in your store and in Google Shopping alike.

If you already have a store that’s underperforming, we handle migrations without losing what you’ve earned: URLs redirected properly, order history preserved, SEO rankings protected, and the switch rehearsed on a staging store before anything goes live. Every project is fixed-price and agreed in writing before we start, scoped in a free 30-minute call. No day rates, no surprise invoices, no jargon.

What you get

eCommerce, done properly

The right platform, honestly

Shopify, WooCommerce or headless — we recommend based on your catalogue, margins and team, and we’ll say so plainly if the cheapest option is the best one.

Checkout optimisation

Guest checkout, address autocomplete, early shipping costs and one-tap wallets. We measure every funnel step and remove the friction that costs you orders.

Payments done properly

Stripe as standard, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna where they fit your customers — with fraud rules and 3-D Secure configured correctly.

Shipping & inventory integrations

Carriers, fulfilment partners and stock systems connected so orders flow automatically, stock levels stay accurate and you never oversell a bestseller.

Product data that sells

Structured titles, variants, imagery and schema markup that make products findable on your site, in Google Shopping and across marketplaces.

Migrations without the damage

Moving platform shouldn’t mean losing rankings or order history. We map redirects, preserve data and rehearse the cutover on staging first.

FAQ

eCommerce questions, answered

Should I use Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build?

It depends on your business, not ours. Shopify suits most retailers: it’s hosted, secure and fast to launch. WooCommerce fits businesses already on WordPress that want content and commerce together. Custom or headless builds only make sense when complex pricing, unusual catalogues or deep integrations outgrow the platforms. We recommend after understanding your margins, team and roadmap — and we’ll happily tell you the cheaper option is right.

How much does an eCommerce website cost?

A well-built Shopify or WooCommerce store typically starts from £1,500 depending on catalogue size and integrations. Custom and headless builds start from £15,000 because they involve significantly more engineering. Every project is priced fixed and agreed in writing after a free 30-minute scoping call, so you know the full cost before any work begins.

Can you migrate my existing store without losing SEO rankings?

Yes — this is exactly where migrations go wrong when done carelessly. We map every existing URL to its new home with proper 301 redirects, preserve product and order data, keep metadata and structured data intact, and rehearse the entire cutover on a staging store first. Rankings are earned assets, and we treat protecting them as a core deliverable, not an afterthought.

Which payment providers do you work with?

Stripe is our default because its reliability, fraud tooling and developer experience are excellent, but we also integrate PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay where they match how your customers prefer to pay. Offering the right mix matters: wallets alone can noticeably lift mobile conversion because nobody wants to type card details on a phone.

Can you improve my existing store rather than rebuilding it?

Often, yes — and it’s usually the smarter first step. We start with a conversion and performance audit: page speed on real devices, funnel drop-off points, checkout friction and product data quality. Many stores gain more from fixing the checkout and speeding up key pages than from a full rebuild. If a rebuild genuinely is the right call, we’ll show you the evidence first.
