Most web design can be done remotely, so being local is not a gimmick — it's a working style. It means sitting down over a coffee in Kingston or Esher to plan the site instead of trading briefs by email. It means we know the difference between a Richmond audience and a Woking one, because we live and work here. And it means that when something needs sorting after launch, you have people twenty minutes away, not a ticket queue.
It also matters for local search itself. Ranking for "web design near me" style searches — the ones your customers make — depends on genuine local signals: a real local business, real local work, and pages that reflect real knowledge of the area. That's what these pages are, and it's the same approach we'll apply to your business when we work on your visibility in your own town.
The honest caveat: for web application work, location genuinely matters less, and plenty of our client work is remote across the UK. In-person where it helps, remote where it doesn't — the deciding factor is always the fit, not the postcode.
